Bianca Johnson is a dynamic educator, project manager, and curriculum designer with over a decade of experience in creating innovative and engaging learning environments. With a strong foundation in STEM education and leadership, Bianca has held instructional and administrative roles with organizations such as KIPP Metro Atlanta, Teach for America, and iD Tech. She holds advanced degrees in Curriculum & Instruction and Public Administration, and is certified in Women's Entrepreneurship & Google Project Management.

As the founder and CEO of Dreams, Aspirations, & Goals Inc., a former non-profit, Bianca is passionate about empowering youth through hands-on learning and mentorship. Her STEM camp reflects this mission, blending creativity, critical thinking, and real-world problem-solving in a collaborative and inclusive atmosphere. Whether she’s leading a classroom, coaching future educators, or designing a new program, Bianca brings enthusiasm, structure, and a deep commitment to the culture of student success.
